St. Louis criticized for neglecting side streets in winter storm

I am 77 yesrs old on a side street. Lexington Ave. I don't know when I will be able to leave out. My ramp is salted.but the street is sheets of ICE. WE NEED HELP PLEASE 4800 BLOCK OF LEXINGTON. THANK U.
