St Louis France Before AMA Waterways River Cruise

We stayed in Saint Louis France prior to our Ama Waterways Cruise up the Rhine and Main rivers. The cruise starts in Basil Switzerland and ends in Nuremberg Germany. Thanks to Kate, everything was perfectly coordinated (Flights, Hotels, Transportation and Cruises).
We started in Los Angeles, flew to Italy for an MSC cruise around the Mediterranean, then flew to Budapest for an Avalon Danube River Cruise then flew to Basil for an Ama Waterways Rhine River cruise. After the Ama cruise we flew back to Los Angeles.

Hi John, thanks for watching my videos. I hope you and or other people get something useful from these. It does take time to edit and upload. Kind of like volunteer work. I think KZbin is a wonderful platform. Most of the videos I see on KZbin are people trying to help other people (like how to fix a rug doctor carpet cleaner- my most popular video). On the subject of Europe, because of the European Union, going from country to country is more like going from state to state in the US. Having a single currency like the Euro helps even if you are using a credit card because you can do a quick calculation in your head on how much in dollars something costs.

I am surprised at how relatively close France, Germany and Switzerland are to one another. Good choice, Randy, to select pizza over a loaf of French bread.
