St Lydwine & the Guardian Angels

Here are few thoughts on our beloved friends, our Guardian Angels, using various scenes from the incredible life Saint Lydwine of Schiedam. Her biography has been written by three different priests, including Thomas a Kempis, the truth of which has been verified by many sources such as nobleman and doctors of the time. It is an amazing read and not unimportant for our day since she physically embodied the sufferings of the Church in her time.

Here is the prayer that she composed for her Guardian Angel: "Angel of God and well-beloved brother, I trust myself to your beneficence and implore you humbly to intercede for me with my Spouse, so that He may forgive me my sins, strengthen me in well-doing, help me by His grace to correct my faults, and lead me to Paradise, there to taste the fruition of His presence and to possess eternal life. Amen."

I encountered an angel , I talked this lady in Church, she understood everything I said, and I didn't have to elaborate, so I was on line to go to Confession, as she was leaving, I said didn't you want to go to Confession, she continued to go outside, I saw her get in her car and drove away and I never saw her again. Another time, we had a tornado in my hometown, I came home from work and was going to park my car in front of our house when I heard a voice in my head telling me to park my car under the tree, now I tried to argue with my voice inside my head because my father didn't want it under the tree, it got angry with me so I had to park the car under the tree. I got on my front porch, all of the sudden, the tree limb came down on the space in front of the house where I intended to park it. I was flabbergasted, I knew that it was my angel telling me to park the car under the tree.

If angels still work, then the Holy Spirit is null and void. This is one of the great errors of the RCC. Jesus said He would send the Comforter (John 14:26) not angels.

What you seem to forget is that angels are messengers, so that they indeed deliver messages from God, Jesus, or The Holy Spirit (Or simply the Trinity) to the person. Angels therefore do work and are employed by the Holy Spirit to deliver the Comforter's messages. Angels don't act as Comforter, as much as they bring messages from the Comforter, just as the angel in the bible brought The Virgin Mary God's (Holy Spirit's) message about the Virgin Birth. Please read the Catechism of the Catholic Faith, it will help you to understand the sacred mysteries of the Catholic Faith.

Nonono. Have respect for God's creation He brought those angels into existence and He has a purpose for them. Protestants broke away from the true church Christ left on Earth please don't be a protester against the very God you think you are serving.
