Exact reason why you complete all El Burro , Marty Chonks , taxi , vigilante , firefighter side missions , unique stunts , rampages and all 31 possible hidden packages and steal a Mafia car before killing Salvatore . You will have to come back to Saint Marks for Espresso 2 Go for Asuka but there won't be a problem if you use the bulletproof patriot . You also have to come back to Saint Marks for Rigged To Blow for D Ice but there won't be an issue here because no gangs will shoot you on this mission .

Salvatore was their one and only leader they all looked up to. They armed up more, in anger, after hearing about you killing him that day at Luigi's. The only vehicle that can withstand all of those shotgun blasts they shoot at you, in St. Mark's, is the military tank. So, the solution? Get a 6 star wanted level, steal a tank, get rid of the wanted level by way of a Pay n' Spray, and then drive said tank straight through St. Mark's however much you like. Lol, nostalgia! 😆😆😎
