Phil, never mind about the question about the boat. Oddly enough, your very first upload here at KZbin (The WildLife Files #1), which I'm watching right now is of...St. Neots!!!! I see boats on the river, and docked at a few houses, too. What a coincidence. Come full circle, eh? St. Neots to St. Neots. Only took 5.5 years, lol. :D

I think the boat is anchored there, it didnt seem to be moving with the river at least. More rain cam over night, so im guessing it will be high water again,
