Plenty of reason provided by the homeless. Search tent city st paul and you'll hear the many excuses and reason they are helpless. Sad situation. Stay away from drugs

It's because the shelters don't let you take anything more than you can carry Staff treats you like your lower than dirt And the Christians do it so they can gloat to their friends about their piety It's really a kick in the ribs for people who are already down and out to be belittled for seeking assistance
