Wow is this the Holy Qurbana of Mar Addai and Mar Mari? If so, my church (Syro-Malabar) uses the same liturgy as well. Although we have different culture, I think we share the same liturgy.

Hello dear Friends, I am from Colombia in South America. We have here the traditional Mass in Latin. Is possible that me and my family move to Kuwait within the next two or three months due to my job in the oil industry. But there is not Latin Mass in Kuwait. They have the modern mass. I would like to ask you please, if the caldean catholic rite you have is the same rite you have had for centuries? Thanks a lot for your response.

This is only the first half of the Holy Mass. Secondly it is not mentioned from where this has been uploaded This is east Syrian language, Hope it is the Chaldean Church of Iraq and by the Chaldean Catholics of the middle east . Chanting's are very good There are 23 rites in Catholic Church .Majority i.e approx. 87% are Latin Catholics and remaining 13% are small rites particularly of the Oriental churches .All are under one Catholic and apostolic church under Pope, There are different liturgies and small variations in Theology. Different rites are like different flowers and trees in a beautiful garden. All are brothers and sisters in one Christ.

Listen buddy, if you have an issue with our church, leave. There is no place here for you if you fail to see behind the women serving on the alter what is actually taking place. IT should nor does it matter if women or men or both are on there. As long as we receive Jesus and have him in our daily lives, thats all that matters.

there is no reason for him to leave, because he, being a Latin radical "traditionalist", has probably never been inside a Chaldean parish. im Ukrainian Catholic and his ilk give us the same crap as well - though over different subjects. anyways, respect!

Zantron9000 I didn't see the comments but I point out all the time that if Mass is only valid if it's in Latin then would that make Jesus's first Mass the Last Supper invalid? I have gone to Divine Liturgy in English Latin Spanish Korean Vietnamese Syriac and Arabic as well as Malayam and guess what? I think they are all that and I'm sure you do too
