🇻🇨St Vincent Old Fashioned Sweetbread

Recipe
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
About half cup of warm milk(or water)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
*Feel free to add any fruits and nuts
*Feel feel free to add 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.(optional)
*Always double my recipe for more

Thx u Vincy sweetbread ,I tasted this bread when I was a child ,after my mom passed away I tried to get back that taste of that sweet bread made with a little yeast,I think this is it and will let u know how it turned out ,but I believe is this type of sweet bread

That’s how you make bread you have to used your hands and kneed the dough and then let it rest, putting all the fruits is nothing does not improve the texture at all you are doing a great job , what is a click? please keep your style , thank you for caring and doing things the right way,

Yes, that’s how sweet bread is made , with yeast not baking powder , and some people like it very light while others love it on too light , not everyone is a baker , or a cook, but your viewers are educators and can read a long the line and can see who you are ,
