Recipe
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups of grated coconut
1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 cup mixed fruits
1/3 cups of raisins
1/8 cherries
1/4 cup room temperature butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk- you can use coconut milk, carnation milk, or water if you wish.(3/4 cups of milk can be use as well) Add liquid according to your texture.
Grease baking pan!
Preheat oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes, insert knife to make sure it comes clean.
Use more or less fruits if you desire.
Also you can sprinkle some granulated sugar on the top.
