Had the opportunity to debate against him and his colleague Abhijoy in the Frank Anthony Memorial Debate finals in Chandigarh in 2010. Already a seasoned debator, he looked practically bored with the event. Totally outclassed everyone else. Even the team from St. James Kolkata. Blew everyone else away. And listening to the other speakers, you realise how Shourya completely outclasses everyone else. His clarity, his logic, his confidence. Not resorting to histrionics. Absolutely brilliant
