For 1st beam I am getting inverse diagram for moment. N the table also showing moment as 0 at 3m.

For 5 kN concentrated load, d2=0.4 m is taken. I think it should be zero.

At mid of the beam it is zero. If it has any value, it will create torsion. Hope, this is clear.

You are facing this problem because Staad is giving you moment in K-in, whereas in the video it is displayed in KN-m. To change the units, Go to File → Settings → Display options → Force units, and change the unit of moment from K-in to KN-m.

Why creating different cases for same type of load you created dead load case three times rather than that just add all dead loads in single load case
