You should try the angle finding apps for your phone. I use mine for static timing engines, it reads in 10th and minutes of a degree!

I saw another video where the angle finger bubble gets pushed out and then spun and pushed back in. Try that to see if that’s why the bubble won’t spin.

In 40 years of construction nobody can seem to explain to me what a fixed 45° bubble is for. It’s a waste of a bubble. If you’re going to put a bubble in there put a bubble I can use. I refuse to buy a level with a 45° fixed bubble in it.
