Thanks Nicole. I rarely use the stability ball. Wasn't up for a jumping based workout, so this was perfect.

Great mind/body workout! Question: How much pressure should we apply to the ball with our hands? For example, should we feel a slight effective pressure in our shoulders. When I press slightly at my palms, I feel my shoulder muscles engage more. Want to make sure I'm working in proper form.

The more pressure you apply with your hands the more you feel it in your shoulder and the more challenging is the workout. A firm grip is ok....as long as your are not elevating your shoulders (pulling shoulders towards ears).

Can you also make a video where you explain how to let the air out of the gym ball and show it on the ball and flatten it out please?
