I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzbin.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

First time doing these, a bit awkward trying to get balanced on some of them but overall quite good. A few weeks back I was just doing ex 130 in this series as I had a niggling back & neck pain; not entirely gone yet but manageable. Cheers

AM8080AIMCOM as long as your upper legs are parallel to the ground as you sit on the ball, then the size is just right for you. Watch other youtube videos. It says there.

On their website you will find a good free video explaining the right way to pack on visible lean muscle quickly while eliminating fat as well. Brandon and hundreds of guys with the same goal had good results applying this method. It may help you too...
