I recommend listing the stuff you show in your video. Like the holster for instance, I have never seen that and seeing it here first makes your video a point of reference which can increases views and subs in the long run. I have a Smith and Wesson m&p9 m2.0 compact optics ready with a thumb safety and flat face trigger. I'm already very used to the battery of arms of a 1911 and in thus case a 2011. My local gun store has several of these and I got the chance to fiddle around with a couple models and get a feel for them. The P is too big for me grip wise. The C2 feels REALLY good in my hand and I'd like to try a CS just to be sure. These guns are the best of the best and for a 2011,they're the best bang for your buck. They're also made in my hometown of Georgetown, Texas.

Nice looking C2 Duo. I was lucky enough to find a new C2 for $1600. Not every hand gun I own needs an optic...... I think. I'm using a McKinaTec holster that is for an M&P with an Olight. Fits great and has good retention on the light.

I personally like the optic, I like the circle dot green vs just a dot. I have quite a few holosun optics and have not had any problems with them and feel like they provide a lot of bang for the buck.

The C2 dpo and P dpo are both my dream guns. Unfortunately I live in a unfair state California... I have to fork up 4-5k cash for either one if I find a brand new one from a seller. Such bullshit. Saving up right now for the C2. It's basically the same price as a car here...

Glock 19 fits the C2 really well I have 3 from Stealthgear and the C2 fits, but remember I am using a light and that may be why because the retention is the light. I belive they have a 30 day return policy. QVO Tactical makes great holsters that are specifically made for the C2, I have one of his as well.

@Kevin Wilmore what optic are you asking about? Mine has the specific plate for a Holosun optic, you have to order the correct plate for whatever optic you have, some mounts will fit more than one optic, hopefully that answers your question.

It shoots very soft, it is the nicest shooting pistol I have shot. Honestly for carry I think the P is too big but might work fine for you.

Was your rear sight off a bit on the optics plate? Mine is off just a tad to the right and I can't move it to fix it. Sucks when you pay so much for a pistol and have these little things that bug the shit out of you. Great pistol and you have a new sub. Thanks for sharing!

Sweet gun. You should try the 507c with the new Vulcan reticle. Pretty cool. I have both versions and the Vulcan is better for quick acquisition….for me anyway. YMMV.

Tripp and McCormick (think Tripp Cobra Mags and CMC mags/CMC Triggers) filed the patent in 1992. The trademark was once STI/SVI and is now Staccato’s solely. Any other double stack 1911 platform cannot call themselves a 2011 though it is used throughout the industry. Para mags do not interchange nor do BUL mags. What once was a finicky competition only thing has grown to be an extremely viable defensive tool. Too bad the C and C2 won’t interchange, but the grips are still somewhat modular in that. You can get the 16 or 17 round grip length. Not always an easy DIY thing though...

Rmr is king but the Chinese optics are ok. All comes down to the drop test man. No offense. On a c2dpo might as well spend the other 200$ for the duty strength optic. Youre already in like 2500$. Now, u gonna get the chunk port done? Im gonna do it to my Pdpo and my c2dpo.

I hear Ya, I have a deltapoint pro and like it but I really just like the Holosun X2s better. I am not carrying it into combat or anything 😂. I was thinking about the chunk port it looks pretty sick but I don't want to loose my warranty and I don't want to do a Cerakote kind of a downgrade from the stock slide coating. Plus I have other stuff I want to put money towards! Who knows though maybe down the road.

@@traeucity6087 not substandard at all. From a price perspective most of us do not need a mil spec red dot that is waterproof to 500meters, shockproof and has a titanium this and that. We need a decently priced optic that works. Paying 600 for my rmr that is definitely built better than my holosun is not necessary for my needs is all I am saying. A 300.00 optic with aluminum will work fine for Me but maybe not for my local swat team

I’ve heard a lot of people complain about the Wilson combat’s finish and that’s totally unacceptable for a pistol that cost that amount of money. I guess Wilson will test fire there guns shooting 50,000 rounds through it but there not concerned with the finish on them. You would expect that kind of wear on a gun that cost 5 or 6 hundred dollars not $2900.

My latest and greatest is the 2011 9mm. Love it. Only shot a couple of mags through it but I love it. I'm gonna have a local Amish man make me a holster. I have a laser on the bottom of the barrel.. mine cost me $1800 just for the gun

Thanks man, it is a Stealthgear holster made for a Glock 19 with a TLR 7a light. It fits pretty good but might be because the retention part is the light so just be aware of that.

Trust me you don't have to chunk port this weapon it already is the flattest shooting pistol not to mention the gun is already 2500 bucks if you have to chunk port this gun to get better accuracy you probably need gun training not to mention you can use that said port money for ammo and training .

That’s heavy considering a loaded mag. tlr7a with battery weights 2.4oz and the 507c x2 weights 1.5 oz which is a total of 3.9oz and the advertised weight for the c2 duo is 25oz from factory. It would make 15 rounds w/mag and 1 loaded weight 10.2oz. I can see why they don’t advertise loaded weights unlike Glock or Wilson combat etc who gives both loaded and unloaded weights. Loaded weights are retarded because it depends on the ammo you carry AND it penalizes guns with a higher capacity. Of course a 2011 with it's aluminum frame will weight more.
