Thank you for explaining this. As a new licensed hairstylist, I feel like this is the most difficult cut to achieve. After watching this video, I see where I went wrong with it. I Love this cut and after trying a few stylist who couldn't do it. I finally found an awesome Stylist/Educator/Ambassador who totally nailed it perfectly, costly yes but so worth it!

Excellent tutorial, you have been the only one on the Internet that shows every detail of haircuts and I have tried a few every one has worked out perfectly, i have been relying on your videos since I will not trust another hairdresser after one gave me a strange mullet when I asked for her to blend my bangs and the next one cut all my hair off and made me look like a guy when she was only supposed to trim just the back, thank you for posting such great videos!

I like this technique. If you wanted less of a dramatic angle and more length in the back would you start your first step by cutting the guide longer? Or would you not cut the guide so high up? Or both? I hope that makes sense.

I, like you, have been doing hair for many years; well, since the 60''s so I did the first blow dry cuts. I know that cutting a non-human head is more difficult than a human one. Please understand that I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but the section UNDER the stack does not blend well. I love this particular look. I will say nothing more than I think you do a good job on all the other videos that you've done. I will say that this cut is very interesting and, for me, a completely new concept. Thank you for your work and your time. I would love to work in a salon with you. One can ALWAYS learn.

Game change I love this cut but was felt like it took me forever doing this cut on the count that I felt like it just wasn't perfect enough of I felt like it just was not perfect enough so of course it would take a lot a lot longer well I tried this cut on myself and let me just it was so much easier and by far the best haircut i giving myself in awhile I love it I will definitely be using this technique on my clients thank you so much and the way you explained it made it that much easier great teacher
