Welcome to our channel! In this video, we showcase our state-of-the-art fully automatic block machine in action, producing high-quality 6-inch and 8-inch hollow blocks tailored to the needs of our Jamaican clients.
I would like to introduce you our new update on 3 pallet stacker.
The first update is the control box. This is the new control box for stacker. As you can see, we add one PLC to the control box.
The first advantage is that from this PLC, you can see the sensor's status.So with PLC, you can easily check every sensor's status.
If the stacker cannot work, you can easily find which sensor has problem. For old control box with this kind of limit switch, it is not easy to find the problem.Because it's not have PLC.
This new control box works with this kind of yellow sensor.To be exact, it's called proximity switch.
The difference between this kind of two switch is that this kind of limit switch will work after this moving part touch it.
When it release, it will stop working. This kind of proximity switch will work without mechanical contact with the moving parts.
So this kind of proximity switch will be more durable and high-sensitivity and more reliable.
Because if this kind of limited switch works like this, every day, sometimes it will break.
The second advantage of this PLC is that we can make some program into the PLC.
So for each action, it will be more stable.
Just like now, we add some pause time for each action.
When the stack is working, it will be more stable.
There is another advantage of this stacker control box with PLC.
Normally, stacker has full position, the up position, the down position, the front position, the back position.
With PLC in this control box, we can add the No. 5 position, the middle position.
This is the No. 5 position, which is the middle position.
When stacker comes back to original position, it will lift to the middle position.
In the before, when block comes out, the stacker needs to lift blocks from the down position.
Now, the stacker lift blocks from the middle position.
From here, from the middle.So it will be fast in working.
When produce some small bricks, the block machines work very fast.
The stacker needs to be fast also, in order to keep same race with the block machine.
If the stacker is slow, we have to slow down the block machine.
The second update is the lifting motor. Now we use a brake motor for lifting.
Compared with normal motor, the lift motor is most stable in working.
The wet blocks are very heavy, especially solid blocks or kerbstone.
The stacker needs to lift the fresh blocks, they move forward.
During this process, normal motors sometimes will drop down a little, especially after it worked one year or two years.
Because the blocks is too heavy, but the brake motor will not have this kind of problem.
You will use it for three or five years.
