FYI.. The 911 in this video is a 991.2 convertible, not a brand new 992 coupe tested on the car wow vids runing 10.1s.. also floor when tested was slightly damp, hope this helps ✌🏽

Nevertheless, this 911 is tuned to 750 bhp, so it should be closer to the current model's 1/4 mile time. The condition of the track might affect the 0-60 & 1/4 mile times but it's irrelevant in a drag race because both cars are 4WD and they run side by side on the same surface... Unless there is a significant difference (in M5's favour) between the tyres used...

What you see on carwow is their best efforts after some tries to give the cars a fair chance if something goes wrong, this on the other hand is heads up racing, there's no do overs - both are great ways to do races. Also its a damp day & the 911 is a 991 not the latest 992 so has worse launch, both awesome cars though with owners who arent afraid to hammer their motors 👌, I bet that M5 could do even better if it was drier.

I doubt this 911 makes more than 650hp. Maybe less. It's nowhere near 750hp. I have had mine 4 years and have been on track many times. I have the same mods he claims to have (but my exhaust is way louder with 100 cell cats, hrmmmmmm) and it makes nowhere near 750hp, nor even with race fuel could I make it safely put out that much power. The intercoolers and y-pipe need upgrading to get there even with C16... and you'd be overspeeding the stock turbos at that.

@@rabosi01 It isn't right. You don't get 750hp with just a tune and (he says) an exhaust system. Not even straight pipes. To get it with stock turbos, he'd need intercoolers, y-pipe, catless exhaust, water/meth injection and 100 octane+ fuel. Take a look at ESMotor's ES670 package (670whp).
