I have a 2021 Tri Glide. I changed the air box to SE and exhaust to American Custom. Used the HD pro tuner to get it right. Got that damn converter off my bike and now it can breathe. That is all that is needed for that machine to run just fine. Plenty of power. I see NO need to go Stage II. Big waste of money for a few more hp if any.

With a Tri Glide it is not always about HP gains. What is important though is torque. A wood ( ANDREWS 222 CAM} is the best money you can spend to get it up to speed quickly without strain. This thing weighs in a half a ton before you and gear. Torque is key on these machines, and they just do not have it from the factory. With these cams you will you not be able to remove the smile off your face every time you twist the throttle. RIDE SAFE.

@@CatfishLove I totally understand. Before my Trike, I had a Stage II 2010 Heritage. A beautiful bike. I put the SE big cams I think 550 lift and it woke up that twin cam. I was torque cam and had a great sound with the American Custom exhaust. It also had the real tuner, the orange one. As for my trike, all I have done to the engine is allow it to breathe. Air box and straight exhaust with a small baffle in each muffler. I don't need any more torque or hp. The trike runs great and getting rid of that damn cat converter was the first thing I did. I don't see how in the hell that engine can run with that crap stuck in the exhaust.

@@CactusJack252 sure I get that. But it appears to have stock air intake and head pipe, only slip ons. Why do a stage 2 with only slip ons? You’re shooting your self in the foot before you even start

I was about to say. I just had my 2019 dyno'd after swapping out the Zombie baffles in my Tab 4.5 (it was awesome at 103HP and 130TQ but just too loud ... obnoxiously ... I had the Zombies in before I did the Stage 2) and went with the mid-range baffles and it just dyno'd at 96HP and 125TQ. Stage 2 with a Jim's USA 819 cam.

HD claims about 100 hp and 122 torque from the factory. Not sure about this dyno

HD Claims a lot of things but most importantly the numbers they present are at the crank on an engine dyno, not at the wheels.

@@fastjax The stock 2019 is 87HP and 120TQ according to Harley. The 114 motor doesn't do triple digits stock.
