My sister had breast cancer so I googled about cancer a couple of years ago and I have to be careful too, because of very dense tissues. I got stuck at Tiffany’s channel which turned out to be not a good idea 🙈 I think that’s the one you are talking about. But the conversation with those who see through her is refreshing. It’s good to know that there are people who are genuine and don’t fall for greeders. And it’s informative, I learned a lot and I googled 😅 if I didn’t understand. I will follow you too, I hope it helps your channel.

I have awful restless leg issues - where it's painful and my legs ache so bad I have to stretch them. I've been on gabapentin, but would rather not so I've been weaning off it - but I've found that Iron supplements (even though I'm within normal iron ranges) and topical MagniLife Relaxing Leg Cream PM has been a major game changer. The cream doesn't leave a sticky or heavy residue, it dries quickly and helps relax the legs 🙂 Been following you since the beginning and so glad to hear no changes on the scans! 💞

Just be aware that magnesium citrate can give you diarrhea. I took it as just a supplement (for a few, good reasons) and after being on it for a month (just one pill a day), I got very loose stools that I couldn't figure out - then when I was about to do a bunch of tests at the doctor's, I remembered this supplement. I stopped taking it and a week (yes, a week) later, my gut was fine. Doesn't happen to everyone - but it is common.

@@i_love_rescue_animals thanks so much for sharing! Do you know what 4 days after starting it I had the 💩 for 1 day and I thought it was anxiety. So, it COULD have been this, I’m completely normal again now and still taking it. But good for anyone else to know!! 🫣 Hurray for poop chats!

@@DeeDoherty Ok, well, mine didn't stop. So, it could have been something else and you aren't affected by the magnesium citrate - but if it comes back and stays, try stopping this (give it at least a week for things to straighten out) and see.
