Sweet run!! Was chasing the Patrol to coil still the best move?

Thanks! I actually haven’t ran the coil in a while or the Patrol. Been on the e-bike and DH bike so much. They are both solid setups and work well with the right settings

@@Blake_Cherubini I am wanting to switch to a coil because what I ride is sooo chattery. I ride a lot of back country and the X2 just doesn’t ride as smooth as I need. I’m blaming the suspension not the bike

The X2 definitely shouldn’t feel chattery. That shock is extremely good and very close to the performance of a coil. You could be dealing with setup problems or the shock needs serviced. The X2 needs serviced more than most. If it starts to have cavitation it will feel pretty harsh on all that chatter. With all that being said, the coil will undoubtedly have a little bit more off the top sensitivity, but I haven’t noticed a drastic difference between the off the top sensitivity of a coil vs a well set up Float X2
