Best video I've yet seen on how to apply Camelot in real life. Please keep them coming. Thanks...

Great video. I’m curious to try this with a Roland Aerophone Ae20. Let’s make it happen 👍👍

how do you create a dummy scene to use the ewi internal sounds?

How do you set program change to switch scenes instead of changing programs in the synth loaded in a scene?

Hi! In Camelot, the Remote Control Section (Settings) allows you to do that. You assign can a program change to select the scene you want. Scene 1 for each song is mapped with PC1, Scene 2 -> PC2 and so on…

great! also curious if backing track files need tempo map attached or can this be auto calculated by Camelot? not really sure how to attach tempo lets say to a karaoke file, but assuming exporting track from DAW would include tempo map. DJ software seems to auto calculate this but not sure what would happen if you thru it a track not recorded to click or with tempo changes, so curious how I could lock software beat synths to such a track in Camelot?.... wish I could try before I buy ; )

There is no tempo map, or similar. Audio Timeline is simply a multi-track player. Format allowed are .wav, .mp3, .aiff . To synchronize Scene switching, just set the Scene switching automation on the right time. If you need a click track, export it from a DAW, as you do with other stems

can camelot open song attached pdf charts or is that best done seperately?
@AudioModeling Жыл бұрын
You can attach PDF or image files (png, jpg, ...), control page switching, select just a portion of the PDF for each Scene, and add annotations ;-)

Sorry but filming on stage is challenging, the artists and techs are working for the show and you have to grab as much as you can!
