We're working with both cotton and polyester, and also some blends. Yes, the CAD-CU Adhesive can be cut on the Cricut.

I'm just starting out. What is the difference between Foil Transfer paper and Vinyl Heat Transfer paper? I love this process better, but is there a difference and what about the amount of washes using this? Thanks!!

The difference is this: When using foil the adhesive is cut and ironed on then, the foil is laid over that adhesive to adhere. (As shown above) With transfer paper: you use patterned HTV, that HTV is cut with your Cricut, weeded, then, you'd lay transfer paper over it to grab the design before ironing that onto your t-shirt. Did I explain it so you could understand it? Keep working and trying things....It took me a ton of videos and trying stuff before I figured it all out. It takes time and experimentation! LOL. Good luck and remember to have some fun.

I'm confused about how to do distressed with only one color. Since you have to go back over it to fill the voids won't using the same color take away that distressed look? I do like the effect of only one color....

Foil is a cold peel, so we recommend waiting until there is no heat left in the garment.

I don't see why it wouldn't. They do the same thing as the cutter and press that she's using. I'm sure you'd had to apply more pressure because you're using an easy press

Hi Jamie. Foil isn't as durable as HTV. Typically the foil is good for 25 washes but can last longer if gentle cold cycles and hang drying.
