Good job! For those unaware, Santana's version (1970) is actually a cover which is sung by Gregg Rolie who eventually left Santana with Neil Schon to form Journey. Peter Green of the original Fleetwood Mac wrote this song, and it appeared on their self-titled album (1968) which is often referred to as Peter Greens's Fleetwood Mac because of their other self-titled album in 1975 which most refer to as The White Album. It's really sad that I'm writing this about Fleetwood Mac because the great Christine McVie just passed yesterday, 11-30-22. Ironically, the first Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac album mentioned above was the only Fleetwood Mac album which did not have any of Christine's work. Christine eventually joined the band in 1970, and the "Mac" part of the name of Fleetwood Mac refers to bassist John McVie (who Christine eventually married). Mick Fleetwood and Peter Green named their band Fleetwood "Mac" as a way to lure John McVie to join their newly formed band. RIP, Christine McVie! 😥
