I absolutely hate the "mudshovel" part after the 2nd and 3rd chorus in the dysfunction version. It almost ruins the song for me. It's sounds like some guy who is just grumbling and grumpy for not getting paid enough to "sing" that part. The "mudshuvel" part in this tormented version is my favorite part! 🙂 You can definitely tell it is Aaron getting angrier. I would splice this part into the dysfunction version to make it perfect. 👍

The Dysfunction version was reworked to be a hit, gain radio airplay and appeal to a wider audience. It dilutes the song for the masses. I find this version to be vastly superior. The vocalization is far more representative of the emotion in the lyrics.
