The beautiful woman I get the honour of marrying tomorrow came from a relationship where she was physically and emotionally abused. When we started dating I would take her out for drives and dinner and randomly show up with roses and cook her supper when I would get home from work and do the dishes and put them away and do any laundry and fold it and put it away and the next morning I make her coffee and breakfast before I would go to work she always started crying “happy tears” because she thought that because of certain choices in her past and what she was told, that nobody would ever love her. Years Ago a lady in my church told me to write a letter to Jesus telling him my desire for a husband, and what I wanted in a man; I was to pray over it and put the letter in my Bible and I did. I had also prayed for celibacy!! I went on loving Christ and enjoying my family and friends. I have several Bibles and one day years later I was looking for a scripture and I picked up the Bible with the letter in it. July 5th, 2017.... Ill Never forget it. I was 8 1/2 months pregnant with our daughter. I came home from work. my husband's truck was parked underneath the carport. His motorcycle was gone. He never made it back home that night. At 1am I had a knock on my front door. I woke up, and waddled to the front door. There was a bright flash light glaring in my eyes. I put my hand up to see, it was a cop. He said, "mam, your husband has been in a horrific motorcycle accident, he's not going to make it." I ran and grabbed my keys and made it to the hospital within 5 mins that should of taken me 16 mins. I was met at the door by a doctor that took me in a private room. My biggest fears hung in the balance. The most important question was, is he alive?!?! He was on life support. 2 collapsed lungs. His whole right side of his body had to have emergency surgery. 28 screws in his right arm, and a total knee replacement. A frontal lobe brain injury. He was finally life flighted to a bigger and better hospital that specialized in his condition. He fought to live. He walked out of that hospital 2 months later with his newborn baby girl. He couldn't remember names or anyone for the longest. Our house went into foreclosure and we lost everything. I ended up applying for a job to make quick cash to pay for medical bills. I started dancing in the adult entertainment business and I was so busy with trying to save us, that I lost myself. Everyday plays back to the wreck. Even though he survived, he never came back the same. And everyday is a fighting battle for myself. Because I feel like I lost the love of my life..... This song hits home.

Hi Savanna, I can't begin to imagine what your life is like. I do know that everything changed in a way you would never believe if you were told ahead of time. Just know that you're doing what you do to pay bills. On the other hand, he fought very hard for you, and his unborn child. I'm not sure he knows what you do for a living. No man would expect the love of his life dancing and turning on other guys. Girls too. Hospital bills can be paid monthly. If you send them $5 a month they have to except it, and can't go after anything you own. I don't hold anything against you, but if he can't work, I think he'd rather you collect his life insurance policy. You made it to the hospital in a flash. After all he's been through, he still walked out of that hospital hold his beautiful gift from above. He too is a gift from above. The Lord didn't call him home. Just think about what I said. It's still the 3 of you against the world. As far as your relationship, it sounds like he lost you too. You're not doing anything close to what he would expect you to. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings or belittle you. Don't give up on him. I believe in my heart that he never gave up on you and your daughter. God bless you.
