I've also filled my walls with original movie theater posters, paintings, etc. I would love to see 'The Exorcist' under your attic pulldown stairs since a lot of the movie's build-up had to do with 'visits to the attic'. Great video Keith, thank you for sharing, Ellen has done a fabulous job. I'm a big collector of films, posters, statues. My strong advice is to move the detolf cabinet away from the window, unfortunately the light will damage them over time? Or get a black out over window. Same with posters keep away from sunlight they will fade. I have a lot of original posters some signed by actors and linen backed for extra protection. Ellen done you proud my friend

As for the display stand in my movie room that blind that you see behind it it's actually always down but I opened it just for the video. Trust me I've had sunlight damage on so many pieces in my room and I swore it would never happen again. But thank you once again for stopping by and for the kind words towards Ellen.

I would imagine if you had any friends over suffering from constipation then the set up you have there would surely frighten the shite out of them😅😅. I'd love to have space like that but I moved home a while back to look after my mam! I do have some bits and pieces up. I use a company called Displate who produce metal posters and provide you with magnets to hang them up with. They have thousands to choose from! Available in matte and gloss finishes. There is some very creepy pictures particularly the fog which really stands out for me. Hands down my favourite poster and great to finally see it up on the wall. We came very close to buying a lot of those metal posters that you mentioned. I think they look absolutely fantastic the only problem was we couldn't get different sizes unfortunately. Like I said in the video Chris all the credit in the world goes to Ellen and the amazing work she has done on this staircase. Jaws is a very important movie to myself and Ellen and naturally that had to go onto the wall. I'm sure the canvas that you got looks absolutely fantastic as well. I don't know about yourself Chris but movie posters are just not the same today. That's why so many of them that we have on the wall are older movies. I've said it a few times tonight but I actually look forward to walking up my stairs now. Why wouldn't I when you have that waiting for you. @@millerman9991 I couldnt agree more Keith. I remember my last bedroom when I lived with my parents was full of movie posters that I got from a friend who worked at the local cinema at the time. The old ones are so iconic. Very few seem to stand out these days. I think I need to get a classic Arnie poster. Lol. Total recall was a great poster back in the day

I've said it so many times in so many videos that Ellen love's all of this as much as I do and I think this is a testament of how much she does. We couldn't be happier with how this has turned out and to walk up that stairs and see all of that it puts the biggest smile on our faces. Every man needs an Ellen in their life, especially being a movie collector 😂 The only thing I would say is just watch the sunlight on your figures and collectables in the smaller room as I've had a few items damaged in the past due to the sunlight. The blind that I have in that room is always down because I've had sun damage already on other releases and I never want that to happen again. But thank you so much for your concern

I was laughing when you said your shock and happiness of Ellen saying let's put film posters in the main house, and what a great job she did. I was happy a few of the posters I sent there, and I'll have a few more sent soon. Did it take you ages to go through all the editions and pick posters or did you have many in mind straight away? You made some great picks, I was definitely surprised at the volcano poster, I don't think I've seen it since it released, I need to rewatch it.

Hey Steve. Yeah it was like I said in the video normally anything to do with movies stay in the movie room so when Ellen said that to me I honestly couldn't believe it. I knew straight away I was going to put up a few of the scream factory posters that you sent me particularly Dead Silence. Most of the posters were already picked out. If you look at all the John Carpenter ones we already had them in the house. Then it was just a question of finding the rest. The frames that you see in this video we actually got from a local store. They kept going out of stock because of us. I have to admit I love going upstairs now. The creepier the better. It's funny you mentioned a slide from my window to my movie pod because when we were moving all my collection out of my second room we thought it would be a great idea to install a slide just as you mentioned. It would have saved a lot of hard work
