Everstake is responsible from then and on and that is where the risk starts... Your funds are transferred out of your Trezor device and that conflicts with the intention in the very first step of owning a Trezor device; to keep them self custodied.

No. Don't do this. This is essentially sending your crypto to everstake for them to stake for you and pay you rewards. That's what that warning eludes to at least. Why use a trezor if you'll just open yourself up for risk. Might as well just stake on one of the exchanges, same relative risk

Hi, please never share your seed anywhere! Your seed is basically considered compromised. We recommend sending your funds out of your wallet immediately and never using this seed again. To transfer your USDT, you just need to send it from your OKX wallet to the Binance deposit address. Please contact customer support of one of these services with further questions, as they are the providers of the service, not us.

Why is it taking forever to pass the "adding to staking pool"?

This is a property of the ETH protocol. When you decide to stake your ETH you will need to wait for the transaction to be confirmed, and then for the funds to be added to the stake pool, which can take a few days indeed.
