Yeah the Imperious player kinda screwed up over focusing on that ruin, and that turn skip IDK maybe accidental click or something, sometimes happens. Generally speaking for Imperious capital and 2nd city better to go workshop, then 3rd maybe explorer followed by just making lots of warriors to scout out, and the majority for each city there after just go workshop for the first 10 turns. After that just get the tech needed based on the land, get units you see the other player has. I'd pick stars over city walls just to get faster giants out.

@@hoodrekt5887 These peeps are all polychamps players. They have a separate ELO rating system, but consider each one around 1400+ ELO. We are still working through their and our mistakes in the post-game discussion :)
