this mod called roadside picnic has nothing to do with roadside picnic, how funny. I though it was a mod set in the harmont visitation zone and you would have to navigate through it avoiding anomalies in order to find artifacts. The cool thing about the zone in the original story is that it us much more deadly than the one in the game, every annomaly can kill you with one single touch, in the game you can walk through a mosquito mange (gravitational anomaly) and get at most a mild bleeding and lose one 5th of the health bar, in the book you die. Not that I don't think that stalker is a good adaptation of the book, but I tough this mod would be a more faithful adaptation.

When I saw the title of this video, I thought the same thing. While the game still looks great, and Stalker is a great series, it really isn't as hardcore as the book.
