I have a neighbor who's kids would break my lights. Asked her to watch her kids a little closer because they keep damaging my property. She follows me home yelling and cursing. Saying i vant tell her how to raise her kids. Had to call the cops. This neighbor makes it a point to come by my house everyday. And just sit infront of my house. Same thing here! Motion detector lights, car alarm, night vision camera, the more you do the more they just happen to come atound! They know, you know and they seem to LIVE for it. As long as you don't catch them doing anything, they feel you are powerless, and you are. i am sorry you are going through this, esepcially for SIX years. that is horrible. i am fearful i may now be on route to something like this. this neighbor across the street and 2 houses down, who is a master manpiputive person, guilt tripper, screwed me over 2x both times costing me over $100 i would not have otherwise spent. seems to be primariy only focused on me walking with him. he knows I like to run more than wlaking and i tried giving this dude hints major hints. and i just cut him off for almost 8 weeks now. no response to any texts, messages calls. etc.. he has slowed down slowly. however this guy is so close he can see when i am in front of my hous eif he is outside in the front. lives like 180 feet from me. hadn't heard from him in 5 days, thought he finally got it. and on saturday he pullled out of his drive way at the same time i did and was able to get to my house quicker than i was able to pull out due to a car coming the other way. he pulled over on the side street we live on and angled his car taking up half the road. probably wanted me to discuss it with him. but i don't care to. i went around him, he then we clearly trying to follow me. i shook him. but i unfourantely don't have any real videos or anything , no witnesses i know of. i have however written up a whole thing of the entire story of me and him and also been writing down every attempt of contact since I cut him off, time, date, etc.. so i was actaully indeed looking up youtube videos about obsessed neighbors obsessed with and stalking. i thinkt his guy in your video is mental. and i think my neighbor has some sort of mental problem too. i imean it makes no sense.

Invest in building a metal fence all around your house and add a tarp to block the view. The entire fence should run around your house with two exits both locked up when you get home. The lock should be a combination that you can put in mailing instructions when receiving your mail, and you can change the code after receiving every package. Fence up and lock up for your sanity. I also have stalkers here.Since technology is clearly an advantage for them. They, many, “BIG FAMILY” enjoy weirdly stalking. Police has been aware of it but… The 4th floor of my building os the worst, the 5th as well but the creepiest are living on the 4th, making noises all the time, when I go to the bathroom, any room. They also turn my AC off with their spam devices. I have caught them already and getting more evidence to go to higher authorities.

I actually have a lifetime restraining order on my neighbor who live on a third-floor I live on the first floor and I moved in the apartment building 2019 and he used to flirt with me say inappropriate things to me leave flowers by my door then one day I finally confronted him and I told him to leave me alone. I called him a creep and I told him he was making me uncomfortable that from that moment or he became angryand really started making it known that he was stalking me used to take walks. He was just pop up wherever I am him and his wife who he conditioned to lie as he uses her to walk past my door all the time it just so weird.

Hi Bob, We haven't met before, but your video showed up on my feed today and no doubt, it's for a reason. I, too, am a victim of Stalking, but my experience actually involves a group of organized individuals and it is a phenomenon often referred to as Gang Stalking. It is insidious, horrifying, and beyond words evil and so impossible to believe (I myself couldn't even process that this could actually be real for a significant amount of time myself until it became absolutely undeniable) and comprehend by the average person that it results in zero support, belief, assistance, or any hope of a life or future. The toll this takes on one's mental health is beyond words, and most Suicides are actually a result of this covert and very real act of malice against innocent citizens for a variety of reasons. Some arbitrary and some due to the level of risk that they present to the entities that fund and engage in this deeply rooted in the Occult as it turns out, more common than not practice. I am, indeed, a threat and although I have zero mercy nor tolerance for what has been dealt upon myself and children, at this stage in the game and after many years of working towards accountability for what truly is believed to be an impossible feat by the majority of Targeted Individuals (what victims of this specific brand of terrorism are often referred to or identify as) I have been successful and the tables have now been turned. Keep your eyes on the news in the coming weeks, this will be far more credible a claim at that time. So that is a brief idea of my experience and story, and I shared it to let you know that I and many other victims of Stalking, no matter what umbrella or type it may be categorized as, an appalling amount who are suffering in silence due to the total disregard by Law Enforcement along with the detriment that came as a result of attempting to seek assistance fully appreciate and understand what you are going through. This is a SERIOUS Crime and it's the least likely to be taken seriously which infuriates me. That being said, please continue to hold this guy and anyone else accountable, and may today be the last of it and he is made aware that if it continues, consequences are dire and will be delivered, legally per specific guidelines, without hesitation and strict surveillance will be put into effect to ensure that your person and property are not compromised. In other words? This individual will be closely monitored until it is clear that it is no longer a necessity. If you have any problems with this, please respond here and your input will be respected. Stalkers remove free will and autonomy whereas we respect it tremendously. As I am aware that this person is, indeed, Cyber Stalking your Social Accounts as I write this, I am now directing this next part to his attention: Sir, understand that at this time, significant changes are occurring within the North American Legal System as a whole, much is being exposed, and public awareness and education about the seriousness of a federally indictible offense such as Stalking and Illegal Predatory unwanted behavior against another person will become a major area of public discussion in the very near future. Law Enforcement will be undergoing new training measures and dismissal without thorough investigation into claims of Stalking will result in termination in many cases. As the majority of Homicide Victims almost always have mentions or reports made detailing that they are afraid for their safety and experiencing covert Stalking by their eventual Murderers, to dismis something so serious is totally unacceptable, period. 3 out of 4 Victims know the identity of their primary Stalker and all legitimate Victims offer forms of credible evidence that they require immediate involvement and assistance from Authorities. You, Sir, are as empowered to behave as you do, publicly and on camera no less, simply due to the fact that all Perpetrators and Abusers KNOW how the system has operated and have almost no fear of consequences. The days of security for those who refuse to honor the wishes of the victim and cease activity immediately have come to an end. Please understand that this is not a joke and will not be treated as such. That all being said, I will sum it up and leave you to decide your outcome here. As of this moment, I advise you to cease and desist your behavior immediately. No further interactions, threatening displays of conduct such as loitering or physically insinuating intent to enter property uninvited, Stalking Online, yelling or overtly insulting/forcing unwanted communication, etc etc. Mind yourself and your business and respect the autonomy of others. You ARE being monitored going forward and the moment you dare cross the line, expect to be charged and arrested. Period. When it can be determined that you have abided by this warning and you are no longer considered a threat to this gentleman or anyone else, things will be wrapped up and no charges or actions will be taken. You will have visual indication that this is all True information so please recognize that for your own sake. Mind your business, fuck entirely off, and leave this man alone. This includes removing yourself from his online accounts after you finish reading this. Back to you, Sir. I hope that this has been helpful for you and that you feel confident that your cry for help has been seen and responded to. Nobody deserves to feel afraid for their life and I am sorry that this has happened and for a very long time it seems. I understand 100% and it's why I do now what I do. To me it looks like he wants control: he rewrites history and orders for the filming to stop. He seems to suggest that he's being bothered, but he's the one who showed up where he isn't wanted. He can have more than one personality disorder at a time.
