Yes, but, he's getting a little older now...and they have Kucherov and Point, sooooo, it's not surprising. They also have Hedman and Sergachev (oh, and Vasilevskiy), all superstars, when healthy. I would say Stamkos is part of their core, which is just as important, and he is the 3rd best forward on the team.

@@AngusArtEntertainment Gallagher received 5 games even tho it was his first suspension, so using the league logic, shouldn’t change anything anymore but I do agree that it wasn’t violent compared to McSorley, but it has more to do about sending a message than the violence of it itself you can’t just blindly jump someone like that, it will give a precedent were it’s okay to take an investigator misconduct whenever one of your teammates is down even if you beat the crap of someone who wasn’t even implicated in the play, even worst considering that Eyssimont doesn’t have a single excuse since he literally saw Stamkos ran a train on Hagel
