I thought I know quite a lot already, but learned a lot from your video. A lot about perforations were new to me and very important! The whole thing about centering of the stamps and that grading is about that, was also new, and so on. Wow, that US stamps after 1961 are all usable for postage! THANKS, Kyle.

Collect what pleases you and you don't overpay makes stamp collecting enjoyable. I;ve gone in and out of the hobby several times. When life gets in the way or the next shiny object. 30 years ago, I gave my collection away to a co-worker who had a young nephew. Most of the stamps were mounted. Nothing valuable. I got back into collecting plate blocks as of 2013 or thereof.

I can't believe a letter in the US is 60 cents. In Europe it's so expensive and I happen to live in a country where a single letter costs equal to 2,5 dollars to mail.

Yeah it's currently 66 cents to mail a first class letter up to 3.5 oz. Sad to hear it's so much elsewhere :(
