My comment is based on being a customer and demonstrator since 2006. The Gardner family is a huge Mormon clan. They have always represented themselves as a wholesome, devout, and industrious company. Some one commented that the person posting the video is “dragging the company through the mud”. I prefer to spend my money with companies that don’t have scandals like this. It doesn’t surprise me that the Gardners would pay for her legal fees.

I love paper crafts, but this is why I refuse to buy any stampin' up products. I refuse to support Shana's family while they refuse to allow the Bridegan family access to their grandchildren. This just seems like another Markel-Adelson case. Shana's family may not be as involved as the Adelson's were in Dan Markel's murder, but they are so wealthy they will do anything to prevent her from being prosecuted and found guilty of her involvement in plotting the murder.

I don’t have to support her defense if I know where the money is coming from. Not to mention I’ve heard there are so many people leaving Stampin’ Up because they know Shanna is guilty and can’t support the company either.

I feel bad for the demonstrators too because when the trial happens, there will most likely be back lash. I can’t believe close to my heart sold out to them but I have heard that Shelly and the gang are ruthless business owners. Hidden true crime had a huge deep dive on them .
@pattyh24102 ай бұрын
I learned about the SU mess through Hidden True Crime. They have provided in-depth coverage of this, including hearings to date. I was shocked by the revelations. Shanna took Jared to court many times, trying to change the custody agreement so that she could move the twins out of Florida. Guess who paid for alI of those court proceedings...mommy and daddy. Mommy and daddy bought the Washington house and moved Shanna and the twins there. It amazes me how much they have enabled her. I agree, I feel bad for the demonstrators and the employees who will have to deal with the likely fall out. The trial will probably be all over the internet and TV.

Stampin' Up money is funding her defense. These "loving grandparents" raised someone who thought murdering the father of her children was a fine idea AND..... and let me be VERY CLEAR that this is the exact OPPOSITE of "loving", they are not giving those children a relationship with THEIR MURDERED FATHER'S FAMILY. Regardless of who did what, those children's father WAS in fact MURDERED. THEY have the right to a relationship with their grandparents.

@LFC417822 күн бұрын
You can't blame parents because their adult children decided to commit a heinous crime, nor does it mean they are evil and shouldn't have access to their grandchildren. Coincidentally, the mother’s family shouldn't keep the kids away from their father’s family. However, we don't know the inner workings of this family or if there are legitimate reasons for keeping the kids away. The main reason is that they are probably fearful that Jared’s family will disappear with the kids because they feel their former daughter-in-law is a murderer. It's a tragic story all around.
