This was the first time anyone had heard Fleg’s song, so it was new to everyone. When Issei started killing the beat on the first round, we were SCREAMING. Still one of the hypest battles I’ve ever seen.~

Ive heard what happened in freestyle session is the venue was running out of time and issei had the semi finals battle just before, barely having a few minutes to catch his breath... so its almost like he did 6 rounds at that level which is insane. honestly, I liked El Nino's set better in the first round. it was dynamic and explosive. issei did beat kill but any bboy with decent freeze control can smack out a bunch of different freezes to a beat.
