You did your best! I kind of pushed myself slightly harder yesterday. Improved timing by 7 minutes plus. I was shocked when I saw the timing at finishing line. Overall was a good race, I think listening to music really helps :) Only the way to Anderson Bridge as super tiring, I literally just walked right away. Congratulations on the race today too!

congratulations , i was behind u about 20min...my pen were started run at 5pm, is quite late, as sun rise on the last 10km when heading towards Tanjung Pagar...lucky got coconut drink at the last few KMs, it is better than water and isotonic water when running under hot sun...

The slope up to Benjamin Sheares Bridge just after 10 km mark is better than running up at 37 km mark.. 😂

Go Shimanami Kaido, walk over all bridges, all islands and camp a few nights, more worthy. Or Shikoku Kochi Prefecture, walk from Cape to Cape, Coast to Coast, the Pacific Coast Ocean will accompany you.
