Both forms are correct and commonly used. You can use either "standard form contract" or "standard form of contract" interchangeably.

No worries! Exemption clause ek aisi clause hoti hai jo contract me ek party ki zimmedari ko limit ya hata deti hai, jaise agar koi problem ya damage ho, to wo party responsible nahi hogi. To is tarh ki clause nhi daal sakte jo party ke legal right ko he khtam kr de. Hope you understand.
