I was your opponent in the last match (it was 3am in AUS and I was wrecked, hence the bad plays) - the matchup is UB favoured, but depends on who draws their bombs first. I had kitted my SB out to try and take it down as I had been wrecked a couple of times by it already, but only saw the random Ashoik. Anyway, GGs

Interesting run. My run was playing 6 times against Convoke or Boros Piles as UW Control. Only narrowly lost one game, but that felt similar to Explorer Metagame Challenge when Winota was still legal there. How do you feel about the format at the moment?

I'm jealous! I tried a couple runs with UW Control and kept going up against black midrange decks that had seemingly endless hand disruption lol

I play rakdos midrange and I only go against dimir and golgari

Played UW Control as well and was able to get to 7 wins. Had some tough matchups but managed to get there.

VS golgari game 1 there was a turn where opp wiped your board then on your next turn you passed with like 6 mana up and didn't attack with man land while opp was tapped out. assuming this was just an oversight

Hey Arne I love your content! I am just wondering if you could please make a video about Boros Convoke in Pioneer following the release of MKM? I love this deck in standard and I would love to see how it is played in Pioneer. Also, I am just wondering if there is anyway that Boros Convoke can beat the Amalia Combo deck in Pioneer? Im playing exactly your dexklist here for a while, but swapped the Schooner, the Cloak and one Preacher for 3 Amonketh. Definitely little less aggro, but provides upside when decks go over and above. And even when the opponent doesn’t have an atraxa to copy, even your smaller creatures have nice ETB and you wouldn’t mind a 4/4 Bat, a 4/4 flying Sirene, or a 4/4 Faerie. Bringing an Aclazotz with Amonketh is obviously busted as it flips back to Amonketh when killed. Try it, would love your opinion
