Hello, Thanks for the video. Do you know why signal 1 shows a big signal and signal 2 shows a small one. It used to be the other way. Please advise. Thank you

Hi John, I am sorry that I don't have a very good answer to your question. I think that you are referring to changing the signal going to the computer by toggling the buttons, SIG 1 or SIG 2, on the front of the GC. I have not used those. I thought that those were used to switch the signal that you monitored when you had more than one detector. I have always worked with a MS as my only detector. To follow up, I would 1) dig out the operating manual for the instrument and/or 2) call the technical services representative at the instrument maker.
