I was using your workouts while I was pregnant and now I'm using them to get back into exercise PP with my 3rd kiddo. I was using weights and doing 45 minutes before birth but now I'm taking it slow and using your 10 minute workouts to get *something* in through the day. I'll get back to where I was and I appreciate your encouragements to be where I am today. :)

Hope I don't get bruises from poking knees and thighs so hard with my elbows! I also felt it in my hip flexors, but liked how the kick move and the chop gave me a little stretch there as well. Even though it was my second time, I was surprised at how much I sweat in those few minutes. Thanks for the challenge!

I have a question about the plie side crunch move. Is it better to come up out of the plie, rather than staying in a deep plie, like in your early standing abs video? I would get more crunches in, and stay better balanced, while working my thighs (which are strong and can take it). Or would that be "cheating"?
