I came back to this as I only had 20 minutes, love this format! Could we have more like this please, could do 3 rounds to make it longer! Love the cardio in between too! Never boring and went so fast!!!

Came back here, but can only "like" once which I did the first time. Here's my return like 👍. Love this workout. Challenging. Good, sustained elevated heart rate, and sweat. Feeling excellent & stronger at the end 🙂

The 20-25 minutes videos are my favorite! I get a 30 minute lunch so they are a perfect option for me.

This workout is one of my favourites. I don't know why I sweat so much when doing this one in comparison to other workouts of yours. It would be interesting why, but anyway... Amy, thank you so much for this workout. You really make my day. The start of the day is different, so much motivation ... you start the day in a positive light as you have already achieved your first goal. THANK YOU. And 20 minutes ... there is no excuse. Everyone can squeeze in 20 minutes to do something that can help to shape your life, your body, your attitude, your feel-good factor, your motivation ... Get moving.

Really appreciate the options for different levels and the reminder that when we get stronger we get to go harder so it should always be a challenging workout.

Man this was intense. I loved it. I'm getting back into shape so your "be where you are" mantra helped me when I was struggling to finish. I like the vibe much more than the "push yourself" energy from other people's workout videos. Thanks so much!

I was already used to do longer workouts, 40 minutes, and I thought this workout would be easy, but I was wrong hahahah I love that, I sweat a lot!

Amy, thank you so much for this work out! I have a six-month-old daughter. Your 20 to 25 minute workouts are the exact amount of time that she will at times, be entertained watching you and I can work out. This workout was amazing! Additionally, thank you so much for the encouraging words that you gave multiple times. I really liked when you said listen to me it is hard. It doesn’t mean that you’re out of shape it means that you’re working. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. Also I love all the new things you’ve been doing in the videos with the countdown timer and the music in the background. As always your work is stellar

Man this workout was quick but tough! I was out of breath by the end and OMG was I sweating. I love that it was 20 minutes....like Amy says it goes fast but but it goes fast😊!!! Thanks Amy!!!

Yesterday I hardly went through 40 min with weights. Today little bit easier, but it was challenging these awesome 20 minutes. So I was thinking about it and thought that I am out of shape, despite having 3-4 times, 35-40 minutes, a week workouts.. But you just said it perfectly: it needs to be hard, beacuse you work hard. Thank you so much Amy. For that and everything else.

Oh wow, that was more challenging than i was expecting! I love all the lateral movements and twisting. I moved muscles that are neglected. 20 minutes is all i have time for. Thank you Amy!

What a great workout! It definetly got my heart rate up and I was ver sweaty! Thank you for the reminder as well, I can be very hard on myself and feel like I failed or I am struggling because the workout was hard. I need to change my perspective and tell myself i am just challenging myself! Thank you Amy. :)

I did this as a bonus workout and was definitely feeling it. 😅 I had to pause a bit once or twice to set up but I went heavy and feel great! Tired but great! So much fun!

I really emenjoyed this wo. Last night i saw it and thought, this doesn't look bad. Just finished it and i had to extend that min rest. It was a challenge for me. I also really liked that it only had 9.

Yes it was hard in a good way. I'm glad I chose medium weights so that I could complete the routine. I had to pause to do the down and up and to get my breathing under control once when I got too winded. There's a difference between ending a workout sweaty with trembling muscles from challenging myself (like this one) and having aching joints, feeling nauseous or being in tears from pain or frustration because a workout actually WAS too hard--not this, but a few others for me.
