I came back to this as I only had 20 minutes, love this format! Could we have more like this please, could do 3 rounds to make it longer! Love the cardio in between too! Never boring and went so fast!!!

This workout is one of my favourites. I don't know why I sweat so much when doing this one in comparison to other workouts of yours. It would be interesting why, but anyway... Amy, thank you so much for this workout. You really make my day. The start of the day is different, so much motivation ... you start the day in a positive light as you have already achieved your first goal. THANK YOU. And 20 minutes ... there is no excuse. Everyone can squeeze in 20 minutes to do something that can help to shape your life, your body, your attitude, your feel-good factor, your motivation ... Get moving.

Amy, thank you so much for this work out! I have a six-month-old daughter. Your 20 to 25 minute workouts are the exact amount of time that she will at times, be entertained watching you and I can work out. This workout was amazing! Additionally, thank you so much for the encouraging words that you gave multiple times. I really liked when you said listen to me it is hard. It doesn’t mean that you’re out of shape it means that you’re working. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. Yesterday I hardly went through 40 min with weights. Today little bit easier, but it was challenging these awesome 20 minutes. So I was thinking about it and thought that I am out of shape, despite having 3-4 times, 35-40 minutes, a week workouts.. But you just said it perfectly: it needs to be hard, beacuse you work hard. Yes it was hard in a good way. I'm glad I chose medium weights so that I could complete the routine. I had to pause to do the down and up and to get my breathing under control once when I got too winded. There's a difference between ending a workout sweaty with trembling muscles from challenging myself (like this one) and having aching joints, feeling nauseous or being in tears from pain or frustration because a workout actually WAS too hard--not this, but a few others for me.
