love the topic! locations can get tricky sometimes but you made me rethink about my situation. sometimes we take for granted where we are and forget about how unique it can be

Great topic. Found myself that making photography an extension of my interests and personality has helped me to reduce the distractions that plague all of us.

Embrace what you enjoy shooting, own it and never look back. Nice to see you acknowledge Popsys and McDougal.

I'm a new photographer and have noted this down. I hope to keep this in mind & reflect on this in the coming years. Also the anecdote was perfect :)

I enjoyed this video a lot. I live and do street photography in a mid-size city in the United States and while it offers a decent sized urban downtown area. The city isn’t very well known for foot traffic or being the most photogenic. Likewise any photographer you run into only does film or wedding photography, so likely I’m the only street photographer in this area. That’s why this video’s resonates with me and has given me more clarity of my unfair advantage of being alone in documenting this city. I hope to be more appreciative of that reality moving forward.
