In this class, we continue with standing asana. Beginning with breath awareness and opening with child's pose, downward dog, and forward fold to cat cow, we then investigate:
Parsvottanasana and
Virabhdrasana in several variations.
Closing with kapalabhati kriya and śanmukhi mudra.
