Leslie: Wow! Love it! I am in my late 50'S, never thought I could do this. You really get your audience involved, its great! I appreciate that you don't have super anorexic thin women walking with you. Your walking for your health and not so much for your weight.

Actually one of my dreams is to go running somewhere in my home country there’s no good streets to run and it’s too hot out here u can’t even walk and finally in winter it’s full of mud in summer it’s full of dust so guys you are literally lucky cause u have place to run 😀💗😂

I will begin this workout on 27th April2024..Will update my progress every week.. Current weight 60.20 kg.. Goal 51 kg... Best luck to me... Plz remind me to update if I forget... My current weight is 57.70 kg... The workout is a great start for the beginners.. I followed intermitent fasting for a month with this workout..

Leslie , I just want to say thank you, you have saved my life, at 430lbs I didn’t want anyone to see me workout. However your energy made me work harder. I am 320lbs now. I slacked off for a while and thought to myself, I need Leslie back into my life , and so we meet again. Here’s to another 100lbs . Believe me when I tell you all , this woman changed my life.it works. Walk walk walk, drink water and change your eating habits.its that simple. Thank you Leslie ❤️

Good job. You can do it. Get rid of sugar. Eat sugar free. Eat one big salad and 2 other veggies everyday and dont eat 3 hours before bed. Do this video and drink water. This was a diet lifestyle given by a doctor. The sugar foods keep you hungry so get rid of them and the salad and 2 veggies fill up up, so you eat less calories.

Ben normalde spor mpor hiç bilmem hiç de anlamam yapamam da ama bunlar cidden kolay Ramazan'a girmeden dört gün önce baslamıstım sabah aksam 2mile yapıyorum simdi Ramazan'a girdik sabah 1 mile aksam üstü 1 mile iftardan sonra 2 mile yapıcam ve yapılıyor cidden zor değil hiç nefes nefese kalmadım benimde kilom var

I have PTSD and it is hard for me to go outside. So iv been doing this three times a week to keep moving. Some days are harder then others but i get it done.

+ Debbie Youngblood Hello! Maybe you should try GrowYoungFitness (GYF)! There is a free Senior Challenge Exercise program that is absolutely fantastic! This is a program specifically for seniors! It helps with EVERYTHING....knees, frozen shoulder, arthritis, cardio (for weight loss), strength, nutrition, plus personal contact with Deron (GYF trainer)....Of course, you can always walk with Leslie......I usually do at least one mile a day....and strive to do two Fast Miles a day..... So grateful for Leslie Sansone & Walk away the pounds. For years I tried running, cardio-fit exercises but no other program has given the results like this one! Started 3 times a week 22+ years ago & now 5-6 days during this pandemic. The results of just 15 minutes 3-5 times a week along w/a healthy diet has resulted in "No" diabetes, thyroid, BP, cardiac, depression, obesity & no prescription drugs. My house is full of kids and grown people most of the time, I don't like doing my exercises in front of other people and today I was getting so depressed because I could see MY time slipping away. I've been walking with you, din 1 -5 miles for several weeks and I didn't want to stop. Then I realized and took to heart what you said; I can make it my own! I just did the one mile happy walk IN MY BATHROOM! No one bothered me and I'm so happy that I was able to do something just for me on this hectic day. I love you Leslie! Thank you for all you do for all of us!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Leslie and her team. I am an overweight 50 something woman from Ireland with arthritis in my limbs most due to the pressure from body shape of heavy thighs and arms. Since lockdown I decided it’s time to try and do something about it and went in search online. I was so fortunate to come upon this 15min walk and the fantastic motivation within it and am now able to move parts of my body that were once seized up and painful. Can’t thank you enough and I look forward to stepping it up to the next level pretty soon. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart x

This was the very first exercise I did and enjoyed so much that I stuck to it..when I was at 180 lbs a few years ago. Dropped down to 140 lbs and even less in a short time with these workouts!! now i'm slightly out of shape again and coming back to this. Love it so much it makes me look forward to exercising because its so much fun!!

I do this walk the whole of January, everytime I hear that you can do exercise every time of the day I want to tell you that that is not recommended. Exercise should be done on an empty stomach and you must not be hungry. You can do exercise at 2 times of the day. It is early in the morning before 10am or before dinner. The rest of the day is not recommended. Also keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose as soon as you need to breathe through your mouth your body is telling you that you are doing to much and you should slow down or stop as your maximum is reached. Drinking water during exercise is not good and should be limited just to wet the mouth, which is unnecessary if you breath through the nose you don't drink during your exercise. After exercise you should eat your breakfast or dinner that you make with love for God. And yes, everyone has time for exercise, but if you are thin and have not a lot of weight it is not recommended to exercise as much and often as people who have more muscles and weight on them. Remember that there are 3 body types lean people, muscled people and people who have more body on them. So you need to exercise more often when you are having more body on you as those people are easy gaining weight. Muscled people need to exercise also more than lean people, as muscled people are quickly losing muscle when not exercising. And lean people should limit their exercise as they are easy to loose weight and they need to be careful that they not overdue their exercise. Everyone is different and it is important to listen to your body and not to your fitness instructor that pushes you to do more and more and not listen at all to your body.

From October to December, I had massive lung infection that almost killed me. I lost 45 lbs during that time. I had three lung surgeries. I was told to strengthen my lung by using these videos. I made it through the video and my lung hurts but I have to keep it up. Thank you!

za ina I began to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in my diet and ate less in general (smaller serving sizes). One thing I HIGHLY recommend is not watching any TV/KZbin or talking while eating, that way you focus more on the food and how you feel. You get full really quickly, so you eat less. I also began running a couple times a week (1-2 miles). I wasn’t very consistent, and if I was more consistent or hardcore, I could’ve lost much more weight, much quicker. I still made some great progress. Good luck!

Same here. I used to weigh around 160 lbs. Now, I'm down to 136 lbs. I just changed the way I eat and move around a bit more. 28 years old and 5'5 and a half

2 weeks ago I couldn't even walk down stairs without losing my breath..... sure as heck couldn't do this video. I started taking water aerobics classes in the morning and working what I can in the gym. ... I've lost almost 20lbs...... today I couldn't get to the gym so I tried this video and I'm so proud that I could do this without! When you said I did a mile in muscle workout I almost cried, because I was so happy. I've done this video twice today so that I can get my steps in..... love it!
