This is incredible, I'm even having difficulty completing the entire session first try!

Hi Jaeden. Yep. I wrote in the description above "this sequence is ** very intense ** - you may need to approach it in stages, with short rests as required: listen to your body closely as you practice". Cheers, Olivia

Kit here, Jaeden: I still remember the first time she took us through this 'circuit': *much* harder than it looks! Thanks for commenting.

This is a terrific sequence to follow and explore. My ST students were greatly challenged by the long duration and moving with full awareness. I enjoyed the directed breathing, hip and shoulder movements to enhance the side bend. If I felt the temptation to come out of the stretch, I just backed out of the intensity so that I could continue to work with the fascial restrictions. Initially one may feel this is a lame class plan but with every repetition, new insights open up the body. Great stuff Liv!

My movements are very challanges ,right now, are you familiar with SMA , the pain in the PSAs, TFL ,back, waisted hip has been in pain quite a while, this movements hurt and helped with that at my very tight protruding belly. What other movement's can you suggest. Thank you

Cindy, with respect, did you read the description, above? The whole side-bending sequence Olivia demonstrates above is an intermediate-advanced one, and this is why we recommended the alternative exercises at the end of the description if you are just starting out. Re. SMA: do you mean superior mesenteric artery syndrome? If so, you must consult with the health care practitioner you are seeing before starting, I feel, and you need to begin your flexibility journey with gentle exercises first, coupled with learning how to relax; fully relax. There are free relaxation audios on our site.
