My body starts to relax just by watching and listening to these videos. It’s even better when I do the exercises. ❤

Just what I needed, thanks. The couch stretch can be uncomfortable on my knee and isn't as convenient to do in many places as this is. Very well explained as well.

Olivia, this was such a clear way of introducing us to this particular stretch especially from a womans point of view. More like this please.

Hi there. I don't know what you mean when you write 'especially from a woman's point of view'; can you elaborate, please? Cheers, Olivia

Awesome !’ ... it seems so simple and instead you realize how tense your hip flexors are! 👏🏻

The novelty factor in this stretch is fantastic. If the back knee doesn't like to be leaned on, this standing version can be explored for different intensities in the hip flexors, then switched back to hamstrings for the front leg. I use a heavy massage table for the comfortable edge.

Hello precious kit as always. I tried as a variant of this exercise to keep the sole of the foot on the table completely flat (on the table) and the other on the ground with the heel raised... is literally I let myself fall down; the sensations are intense especially if I try to contract glutes and hamstring to extend the hip. what do you think? Thanks in advance!

Kit here. If you get a good stretch, that all that needs to be said! All the exercises we post are templates, of a kind: we always encourage experimentation. I will point Liv to your comment, and she might have something to say, too.
