Yes enlarged prostate is something I have dealt with for sometime. I do not have any problem with hurting while sitting. I have used Brooks B17 and Brooks Pro saddles for 55 years, mostly, not track or cyclo-cross. Injuries in the past few years have caused me to do more sitting at home. The butt muscles get weaker when you are confined to certain positions on the couch or chair. Highly recommend more standing as it will involve more of the glute muscles. Have fun, be safe!

I'm a 55 year-old fat bike rider. I never thought about the impact of riding on the prostate, but I'll pay more attention moving forward. Thanks for the tips. Keep on riding!
