Just a note, Creole spoken in Mauritius and Haiti arent the same. They belong to different Creole families. Mauritian Creole belongs to the Bourbonnais Creole family and Haitian Creole belongs to the Circum-Caribbean French Creole family.

The Lebanese phrase's hilarious "تعيش وتأكل غيرا
@travelwithorkhan Жыл бұрын
Thank you! What is the meaning of the phrase?
@ibrahimnihad8043 Жыл бұрын
When you face a slight misfortune in life, or someone rips you off, a Lebanese dude would tell you "You live and have it again" تعيش وتأكل غيرها😂 It sounds mean, but it's considered to be sarcastic.

Sorry, not Stanhope but Stanford. Automatic correction fails again.
@stevenbosch5497 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the video. I have to say considering you are at Stanhope, it's quite disappointing the amount of languages people on the campus speak. But hey it's the USA!!! And another thing that strikes me, that even on an ivy league university people don't really mix. But again it's racist USA! (SCOTUS made sure that in the future this kind of universities will be completely white.)

Are we watching the same video? There were plenty of people in this video who were multilingual.

Actually the supreme court's decision in affirmative action probably makes the college accept more Asians😂.. is gonna be filled with Chinese and indians lol

@@JivanNavij Yeah, not really. Where I'm from the minimum of languages you need to study (ages 7-15) is 3 and you can't graduate High School without learning at least 3 languages. If you study only 3 languages you need to study extra hard maths and physics to graduate as well. So I was fluent in 5 languages by the time I finished High School and that's an average here, but some study 7-8 languages... So for University students the absolute minimum is 3 languages, but that is a rarity.

Congratulations on posting the obligatory anti-American comment. (And Stanford isn't an Ivy League university.)
