that’s a good mug. it’s very durable. i have several of these and I recommend it. the people that don’t know how to drink a coffee with it, probably burn themselves with a regular mug.

Can they not just issue a new lid? Or maybe an attachment to secure the lid? Such a waste to destroy all of that product. Anyway, hope noone is seriously injured.
