There are no videos I enjoy watching/listening to while I am working in my shop than these artist interviews. They help further fuel my passion and drive to make monsters for the rest of my life. I am so glad that the Stan Winston School exists....thanks to Stan and Matt for bringing these artists in to share this incredible knowledge.

great interview...I have done makeup for 2 Indy features and though very new to film makeup I am in LOVE with it...actually from day 1 onset I LOVED it...seems as though Andy is still passionate for the craft after all the years...thanks for the inspiration!!!

My 10 year old son and I were in a production in the early 1980s in Billings Montana of "A Christmas Carol" where Andy was the special effects and makeup artist. We were so impressed with him. he had the face of Jacob Marley literally come out of the wall of Scrooge's house...such a cool effect. We knew then he was destined for something good.

I have just started (in my 50's) doing Zombie make up for my short film. It is thrilling doing the transformation.

Is this school like a college thing? I would love to create concept art for the movies. But I don't know. Anyways. You guys are awesome! Keeping the original techniques and not relying mostly on CGI's
